Question: Decreasing weight after missing gym?

That's because you stopped gaining sufficient protein for your muscles to grow and if you don't gain enough protein you can also lose muscle therefore, I recommend the next time you go to the gym, you take it easy. By the way, just cut down the weights by about 3-4 pounds or so. You should be fine, just eat and drink your micronutrients and most importantly, PROTEIN!
