did I eat to much, not enough, or the right amount?

Breakfast: about 1/3 cup of homemade oatmeal (Apple and cinnamon flavor)

Lunch: 2 scrambled eggs, strawberry activia yogurt, and 19 veggie straws

Dinner: 1 hot dog (no bun) with 1 TBS of sauerkraut and a cup of Lipton green tea

*I drank 4 bottles of water today and did some leg and stomach workouts
