I'm hungry but Im not hungry? HELP?

okay. I'm living with my brother for a few days and I've been here for a little over 3 days. I've been super sick with fever but now the cold is descending and I'm better. I wasn't able to eat when I was sick. I literally took 2 bites out of the soup he made me and that's it. he doesn't have a lot of food in his house so now that I'm better there isn't much to eat and all I've been doing is drinking water. so tonight, I'm pretty much starving, so my brother decides to get a pizza. my stomach is rumbling but I could barely eat one piece of pizza! usually I can fit 2 or at the max 3 pieces but my stomach couldn't do it. idk what it was. I felt sick and I'm angry cause I know I'm hungry and haven't eaten for a bit but I could barely devour one small slice of pizza! does it have something to do with my cold or..? I'm confused please help
