Is losing only 2 pounds a month normal? and how do i lose more?

I'm a 5ft4in 18 year old girl that weighted 136 i now weight 126. I've been walking, jogging, and hiking around 5 miles a day. I aim to burn 400 calories a day. I only take in 600 total. And I've been doing this since last september how is it that i only lost 10 pounds in 4.5 months?!
