You should try to change up what your doing. By working the same muscles every day without resting, you are giving them no time to recover, which is a big part of building muscle. The way muscle grow is when you lift, micro-tears form in your muscles. By resting, the body repairs these tears, which adds muscle mass. By not giving your muscles any rest, they never fully recover so you are not gaining muscle at the rate you should (48-72 hours is recommended). If you want to exercise every day, try 3 day cycles so you get the full 72 hour rest period. Each day concentrate on different muscles.
