A common trick to lose some fat is to simply cut down on carbs. But while dieting can we eat any carbs at all? I was thinking about eating the carbs from fresh vegetables like parsnips while cutting out the wheaty carbs like pasta. Will this work or are vegetable carbs not welcome either?
