Hi, my name is Stephanie and I recently had a baby! I am eager to get my body back and to be the active person that I once was before I got pregnant. I would love to find out some great workouts that I can do at home while I am home with my baby. I am naturally a very sporty person and hope to get back on the ski slopes in a month. I would like to concentrate on my bottom and abs. I am looking forward to getting to know you all and learn a healthy way to get back in shape. Thanks!
