Anyone who's considering finding a job to keep them in shape should consider landscaping. While my max strength has decreased due to not having time to lift when I am off, overall my conditioning has improved tremendously. Shoveling, spading, forking mulch, wheel-barrowing loads of mulch, dirt, and stone, moving blocks, building walls, moving equipment, etc all in a day's work.
