Im on a medication which slows my metabolism. Actually, it does weird things with my metabolism. If I eat pesto, for example, I gain weight. On the other hand, whole wheat pasta doesnt cause any weight gain. The only food I have been able to lose weight on is Quinoa. I once tried to cut out excessive pop consumption and gained weight.
Does anyone have any suggestions of good foods to eat or supplements to take? Im very confused.
