What to do if you don't like crunches

Is there anyone who does not want to have killer abs? The issue though is that most people don't like crunches, there are however alternative ab exercises you can use like the Bridge opposite arm-leg reach.

1. Lie faceup and bent your left knee. the left foot should be flat on the floor, and the right leg extended to the ceiling. Reach toward the ceiling using the left arm. The right arm should stay down by your side.

2. Keeping your hips or shoulders immobile, open your raised leg toward the right and raised arm toward the left. Focus on your abs while returning the raised leg as well as the arm to the center. Do about 10 to 12 reps, then change sides.

How about you, what non-crunch ab exercise do you do?
