Work out tips for 3rd trimester

What is the best at home easy work out moves for working your legs and butt while pregnant in the third trimester? Something that is not to straining but can give a good sweat and make me feel sore. I have found some prenatal work out videos but most of them have all the same routines. Any pointers?
