I've heard the phrase 'Squats and Oats' thrown around, although I'm not really sure what the idea behind it is. I assume you basically do squats as your main exercise and consume an extortionate quantity of oats, but I'm not sure why this would be so beneficial. I can sort of understand squats but Why oats?
