I wasn’t hungry for dinner at my normal time (go figure, I just ate 5 or 6 ounces of cashews!) so I didn’t eat. Just now, about 2 hours later than normal, I’m a bit hungry. So I’m having one of those Jimmy Dean D-Lights light egg muffin thingies, and some leftover steamed broccoli because I feel veggie deprived. I go to bed in a couple of hours and, though I can easily plow through thousands of calories between now and then, I don’t really feel inclined. Heck, I didn’t even dig into the Ben&Jerry’s in the freezer! (It’s a single-serving container, I know better than to keep pints around.)
I’ll have to see how this goes. Rebounding is always hard for me, because I’m a perfectionist, but I’ve been reading some good thoughts on the issue nowadays so I’m going to see the way it goes.&#thirteen;
