LK Regional Prep

It is been some time due to the fact I tracked my training, and even longer since I actually did it for an extended period of time. I have had a few failed logs in the past few years, so hopefully this one works.

I have been around since about 2010, always training but almost always battling injuries. At this point I am happy to say I am not injured for the first time in a very long time. I still have some weaknesses and I need to do a lot of mobility/recovery work, but nothing is too bad.

I am starting this log to track my progress leading up the West Regionals May 29-31 where I will be competing on my team from Crossfit Regina (Canada West).

A) Isabel – 30 Sn for time (135/95)

Time: 2:53

I think this is a PR, its been a long time. Not 100% all out, but a strong effort.

B) 5 x Muscle-ups – Working on stringing reps together

Reps: 5 (PR)/3/2/2/3

I have had a lot of trouble with no-false grip muscle-ups in the past. Finally coming together, had a bit of a mini breakthrough near the end so I am looking forward to next time we do these.

C) EMOM x 10min

&#thirteen;

Bizarre: Strict HSPU intention for open usual (10/6/5/5/four)

&#thirteen;

Even: forty Double unders

Felt excellent, 10 was once a close to max effort so the remaining have been difficult. General fairly pleased with the day.
