Beginning anew another time. On account that only a few individuals right here understand who I’m, I have been training for about 5 years and spent the latter 2 years training strongman and competing in the sport as a <231 lightweight. I’ve competed twice, and placed 5th in 14′ NC’s Strongest Man. After that, I decided I wanted to dedicate the year of 2014 to qualifying for NAS nationals, but the plans failed to come to fruition due to a pretty nasty injury in late March. My goals in this next chapter of my training are to actually become statically strong(er). To improve upon my weaknesses from a powerlifting perspective. Unsure about doing a meet, but who knows. I am open to anything. I’m 20 years old. ~225-235 depending on diet, and 5’8″. Training PR’s Most of these lifts are done out of the blue, because of my training type, I sometimes bench pressed and again squatted, and so forth. Going to vary that now. I need a 600+ deadlift, four hundred+ bench, and 500+ squat. All modest targets to occur within the foreseeable future. Blah blah blah. 2 weeks off I am again. 9/1/14 Again Squat Bulg. cut up squats (completed best with my proper leg as a result of that being reasonably lagged from the harm) Mendacity Banded Hamstring Curls (per leg) completed. |
