I have developed Achilles tendinopathy and I am finding it hard to manage it.
I have tried just about everything. Does anyone have any suggestions that don't involve surgery?
It has got really painful, it is difficult to walk on, and my Achilles has gotten so thick with swelling that it has swollen into my ankle.
I am not getting an awful lot of help from my doctors.
