Okay, so I know that there are no workouts out there to completely get rid of loose skin...But I know there must be some out there that can help a little bit. I have tried the whole cardio thing where you contract and release your stomach muscles while walking or running, and it did help some, but I was wondering if anyone had any other ideas that could help? I lost 150 lbs and I have like a pouch of loose skin, it doesn't bother me too bad, but I would like it if I could just make it a little less noticeable, even if it does not completely go away.
