Hey all. I am a above average healthy person who works out 4 to 5 times a week doing cardio and weights. With that being said, I do like to have a good time in moderation. My question to you all is what is your favorite drink that doesnt cause to much dammage.
I heard regular vodka with soda is the best and red wine.
