I like to snack, but struggle to find healthy snacks that are not fruit or nuts. I make kale chips every now and then and like cereal bars, but I find it hard to pack something that is easy it carry around, tasty and healthy.
I like a hummus sandwich, but hummus does bloat me at times. I buy the new baked chips and crackers now, but is there anything else I don't know about it?
