Section 2 questions

Good enough…first of all apologies if this has been mentioned prior to, however I simply really feel like I would like a bit of of additional lend a hand with beginning segment 2 (I am at the moment on day three of section 1 and I am seeking to put together myself!). Remaining time I did the Harcombe weight loss program, I cheated in segment 1 with alcohol and I am yes that this set me up badly for section 2 as I stopped up over-indulging on cheese. I feel that I will have an intolerance as I craved it again then and even though I am doing a actually strict section 1 now, I nonetheless really feel like I am craving it.


As such I am very cautious about introducing dairy into my ingredients, and am questioning, how did everybody else do it? Did you introduce one dairy product at a time, eg. milk for every week, then cheese, then cream? Additionally, I do know from studying the discussion board that it can be higher to introduce meals slowly, however does this simply follow to dairy and wheat or is all of it section 2 explicit meals?
