Question: How do I know how much calories I burn?

How can I figure this out so I know where I'm standing? I am doing intensive cardio from jillian michael's body revolution every night, it's about 40 mins long.. I am trying to burn fat and lose weight so I need to burn around 1300 calories a day.

Also, is there a difference in three results wether I work out mornings or nights? Thanks a bunch guys
