hello i'm 14 & i weight about 190. honestly i need to lose weight, i gained a bunch of weight this year, i use to weight about 145 or so, like i need motivation or something.. it would be cool if someone could do that, & just tell me everything i can do what workouts that help. my legs are disgusting, i have cellulite now. how can i lose that ? how long should i work out for ? like an hour or two ? there's treadmills at my highschool & weight balls & bikes. should i weight myself & then like see how much I've lost through the time i worked out ? I just need help with everything honestly...
