Good day Folks of Slimming world,
i as as my title suggests am now not most effective model new to this weight loss program but additionally a dummy……so there is two issues I am looking to problem brains n’beneficial properties !
so my first q is that this, I really like love love egg on toast within the morning, frequently 2 fried eggs on 2 white toast with butter and coated in tomato sauce.
However I may forgo the fried eggs and make it three scrambled (Microwaved) eggs and a pair of medium toast and not using a Tom sauce…will this slot in with the weight loss program ?
Btw, I’ve 7 stone to lose….yeah I do know, piece of cake, simplest no longer, no no longer whatsoever !
