I have been searching and searching to find this question….I can’t find anything I’m looking for. I hope you understand this question. I want to know what kinds of meals to consume for every meal following the pyramid meals chart…as an example: for breakfast you want to have 1 cup of fruit with 2 cups of greens and three oz. of protein in your plate…

finally, I am looking to lose slightly of weight. I weigh a hundred and fifty five seeking to get to one hundred thirty-a hundred and forty, I train 30-60 minutes, I am 5’5″, and I simply became 18. I in reality want this assist guys thanks!
