Best Exercise for Me?

Hello guys,



I sit in front of the computer a lot of time and that is the reason for my fat thighs. What will be the best cardio exercise for me? I regular go to gym and workout on my upper body. People say that my thighs are quite normal for my height (6'2''). But, I don't like them. Should I continue working out at gym or should I stop it and concentrate on getting leaner thighs?
