The outdoor golf season is upon us. I really think this is such a fun form of exercise. You don't even realize how much walking you are doing till the end of the day. So here is my question, do you completely forget that golf can be great exercise for you? I see so many people riding around on their golf carts and never even lifting their own golf bags. I say, ditch the golf cart and get some exrcise in. Do you agree with me?
