I've started doing the method of eating 5 light snacks throughout the day instead of 3 big meals, and it does feel a lot better. My only problem is that on some days, when it's time to eat again according to my schedule, I'm not really that hungry nor do I feel much like eating. What should I do when this happens? Should I just eat something like an apple or a few slices of pineapple anyway? Or would you say that it's better to just snack when the hunger signal strikes?
