Do you have any good exercises for the lower abdominal region, with emphasis on the obliques and love handles? I would like to develop and work on this area more. My ultimate goal would be to get a nice "V-line" or "V-cut" shape that goes between the obliques and points towards the groin area.
Any good suggestions for workouts?
I'be been watching my diet as well and doing more cardio to reduce my body's overall fat percentage.
