This morning when I looked into the mirror I just don't feel good about my face. My cheeks are a bit plump and my nose is a bit big too. Not that my nose has grown over the years but it's just that I am born with it. So I wonder if there are workouts for the face since we find no problem finding workouts for the body. I was surprised that I found many of them and two of them caught my attention. First one is the face workout from Jack Lalanne: Jack Lalanne - Face Workout 2 of 30 - YouTube (I think he looks amazing!)
Secondly, Crazy Funny Face Lift Exercises - YouTube (I think the face exercises are really funny. I am going to try it without anybody watching ;))
So what do you think about face workouts? Do you need them?
