As a counselor I have seen a couple of people in the past who have become obsessed with exercise as a way to forget other issues they have. I am not saying that exercising to feel good is a bad thing but if you are doing it to avoid other things you need to sort out in life then I would encourage you to go and talk to someone about it. Anyone been in this situation?
