Hemp Seeds

Does anyone here like to eat hemp seeds after a workout?

If this is your first time hearing of edible hemp seeds I highly suggest you look them up, and no they do not get you high. It has extremely high amounts of protein per serving size, not to mention all 9 essential amino acids. It also has high amounts of fatty acids and fiber as well as containing vitamin E and trace minerals.

Further the protein content of the hemp seed is supposed to be very digestible. Many people noted their personal experience of finding that hemp seed protein did not cause bloating or gas, like some of their whey, or other protein shakes did. And they taste great!

So who else likes to eat hemp seeds?
