I really want to tone my thighs and develop some kinda of booty (as at the moment, I have none :( ), and I know that squats are one of the best exercises for that area. However, I don't have access to a gym at the moment, and I was thinking of just doing squats without the weights at home. But I read somewhere recently that doing squats without weights is way less effective, with much, much less results. Is this true? Is there no point of doing them at home, then, or is there still some good effects to be seen from doing them?
