Hi everyone I am very interested in how important squats are to gain muscle mass. I know legs are your biggest muscle group and working them out increases testosterone but I have a bad back and can rarely do squats. I have seen lots of people do only isolation work outs on their bi,tri, and chest without really squatting. I want to know how important squats are for gaining mass.
