I was indifferent after taking the first bottle of IGF+ pills (I ordered two bottles originally). About halfway into the second bottle of IGF+, I started feeling more energy towards the end of my workouts and was able to increase my weight for arms by 5pounds on 4 out of the 6 exercises I perform. I am ordering two more bottles to further evaulate the product.
