I wanted to write a quick thread to mention a good cause that my girlfriend and I have been working on for a few weeks now.
*Running To Keep Breathing* | Tasteful Space
A nurse practitioner we know by the name of Joyce Jensen has a very serious lung condition where she is in need of a bilateral lung transplant.
Once the lungs become available, she has a limited amount of time (hours) to get to the hospital to receive treatment. We are trying to raise $200 for Joyce before running a 5k coming up on 06/01/2013.
If you could take a moment to read about the cause, comment on the blog, and potentially even spare a simple $5 usd, we would be honored for Joyce:
