I have recently begun running to work 2-3 times a week and have been loving the opportunity to do that. I have to plan before hand to minimize the amount of kit that I carry in my bag but, all in all, it is a minor inconvenience. The distance for me is about 12km from my house to my work but I sometimes add a little loop at the end if I'm feeling good!
Are any other members here run commuters? What distances / frequency do you run to (or from) work? Have you run across any unique challenges with this kind of exercise and if so how have you overcome them?
