Squats? Proper Form?

Can anyone tell me, or direct me to some videos that show the proper form for a squat? I'm going to start doing them several days a week to tone up my rear/thighs for bathing suit season. I've been doing them but I think I've been doing them wrong.



Are you supposed to let your knees extend over your toes? Or is that the incorrect form?
