I'm a novice runner. I'm working my way up to a consistent mile.
Here's my problem: my legs can go forever. And ever. And ever. I have awesome strength in my legs. What stops me from keeping up my pace or running without stopping is my lungs. I just can get enough oxygen.
I've tried slowing down. Yes, this helps. But not a heck of a lot. And I'm not getting any better.
I'm wondering if there are other exercises I should be doing to increase my lung capacity. Help?
