What exercise routine do you follow?

What exercise routine do you follow? If you are working out for 'Chest' today what workout would you do the next day? I am trying to make a routine following cross training rules. How would you arrange these work outs?



1'st day. Lat/Wings

2'nd day. Abs

3'rd day. Chest

4'rd day. Abs

5'rd day. Shoulder

6'rd day. Abs

7'rd day. Biceps

8'rd day. Abs

9'rd day. Triceps



What do you think of the above routine? I am planning to do work out for abs on every alternative days as getting packs seems to be very hard for me though my stomach is flat. If feel the above routine is not effective please suggest what you think would be the best
