Workouts for Physically Challenged

I suffer from asthma, bad knees, bad left ankle, and congestive heart failure (causes bad lower extremity swelling).



I can't do any sort of cardio other than walking, nor can I include any lower body exercises or anything that I have to get on the floor for. (I do have an exercise ball I can use though)



I'm interested in some upper body workout ideas that help with fat loss that wont trigger my asthma the way that cardio does. Thoughts?
