Wow, what a boost!

I generally try to avoid stimulants like caffeine and for the first time in over a month I took about 200mg of caffeine before going to the gym for my "pull day" workout and found myself adding 30 lbs to the bar for deadlifts that I was struggling with the week before. Obviously this doesn't happen everytime, but it is amazing what preworkouts can do for you even when used sparingly.
