I realize that a lot of us look for things that we can ingest that will boost our energy levels. While this is good, I find that without considering important life habits, many of these foods and/or supplements will only have a minimal effect, if any at all. So it is important that while we ma be using a specific herb, that we also take time to correct lifestyle habits that also contribute to our energy levels. One of the most important habits that we can improve is our breathing.
