I'm trying to lose about 20lbs and was wondering if there is a specific morning protein shake I should make to help me get my day started with 25-30 grams of protein in it? I have been eating eggs every morning but would like to add a shake after I do my morning jog. Any suggestions or tips would be appreciated! Thanks.
