A student was caught by the police and then they simply forgot what do do with him. The student remained in jail for 5 days and survived by drinking his own urine. On some fate day, some police opened the cell and found him lying weak on the floor. He was then released. The man is suing the jail staff for compensation.
Is there not some rule that the jail staff have to check all the cell at least once in a day ?
