Having trouble making a weight loss plan, I want to lose 20lbs in two months or less?

I weight 110lbs but I am 4'11" so every single pound I put on SHOWS. I have never weighed so much in my life and I am totally disgusted with my horrendous weight gain. I eat pretty well, I hate chocolate, fried foods, pastries, candies and junk in general but once and a while fall victim to potato chips and lately crackers and bread products have been getting me. Muscle weighs more than fat so I'm worried about seeing just results with exercise :( Any suggestions?
