Okay so basically I am 16 and I weigh 7-13st and am size 8-10!
I want to loose abit of weight in my stomach and legs, and tone up. I am going to do 30mins on the excersise bike a day, on a Saturday I go HorseRiding (ride,and teach/lead horses) I'm also starting to work in a homeless shelter and dog rescue therefore I don't have time for gym etc. I'm goin to try go swimming once a week! Also has to fit around my school timetable which is 8-15am - 4-00pm
Please list foods/drinks to avoid and some that help with weight loss Thankyou for your help in advance:)
