What will be the best protein supplement for a beginner like me who is planning to build a huge body? I always dreamt of building a huge upper body as it is quite smaller when compared to the lower one. I have been on the process of toning my legs though. I am planning to eat 2 eggs and some amount of Chicken. Is that enough?
