We all know that Protein is our favorite intake and it helps us to build some quick muscle. But, intake of Carbohydrates and Vitamins is also very essential. I eat potatoes for fulfilling my Carbohydrates and I am in a fix when it comes to the case of Vitamins. Is it better to take some capsules or drink a lot of juices?
