Hey all
So what is everyone's secrets on how to get rid of lovehandles, muffin top or whatever you want to call it. I have some that I need to get rid of, I've been told I have it from having too many carbs in my diet and also because I have a sweet tooth - this was from my personal trainer before he knew what my diet was like..
So what do you do? I am doing crunches and oblique work and am doing more exercise in general at the moment but was wondering if there is an exercise that I should concentrate on.
