The government recommends we eat 5 fruits/veg a day. I take such advice I hear on mainstream news and from the government with a pinch of salt, but I tend to agree that 5 a day seems about right. I actually struggle to eat 5 fruits/veg a day. I usually get about 2 or 3 fruits/veg consumed within a day. How about you?
